Summer Planning Resources for Faculty and Staff

Announcements:
  • Planning for 2018 summer camps/programs is underway. To coordinate the use of housing, dining, and shared spaces such as the Student Center, the Student Activities Center, Beard Eaves Memorial Coliseum and the Auburn Arena, the Summer Scheduling Committee has been tasked to supervise the collection of all university facility ​requests. The committee is charged to plan and cooperatively schedule summer programs to achieve maximum benefit to Auburn University. See attached 2018 Summer Program Scheduling memo.
  •  For each summer camp or program sponsored by Auburn University, an automated Summer Sponsorship & Facility Request Form must be completed to ensure proper oversight, as well as adequate housing and food services are available for your program. Automated Sponsorship & Facility Request Forms along with camp deposits ($500) are due by October 16, 2017. Camp deposits should be made out to “Auburn University” and sent to the following address:

  • For camps/programs sponsored by Auburn Youth Programs in the Office of Professional & Continuing Education, no action is required.
