Client Reports

At present, various project status reports are maintained and distributed by Facilities Management on a monthly basis with project and client specific information as derived from the Facilities Management project database. These reports are in general sorted by either a specific client and/or the client groups as indicated below, and contain all of the projects managed by Facilities Management that have a status of either being active or on hold.

For reference, there are two primary client groups, the first of which is referred to as the “Blue Group”; which is essentially for all projects that are derived from the non‐academic groups at Auburn University (Administration, Athletics, Student Affairs, Auxiliary Services, OIT, Facilities, etc). Secondly, the “Orange Group” refers to the client group for all Academic & Provost related projects.

The following reports are generated on a monthly basis specific to the 2 primary client groups; however, they are sent to all of our clients:

  1. Monthly  Client  Report  –  Overall Memo & Project Summary
  1. Monthly  Client  Report  –  All Orange Group Projects
  1. Monthly  Client  Report  –  All Blue Group Projects

In  addition,  the  following  reports  are  also  generated  on  a  monthly  basis; however,  these  are  specific  to  the  various  colleges/schools  or offices/departments as  follows:
