Construction Management and Client Relations

Liaison with the state, county and local authorities; provides for Code interpretation, fire and life safety and inspections on construction projects; and oversees Facilities Condition Assessment. Repair and Renovation funding management, commissioning programs, and new security systems installations in coordination with Public Safety.

Oversees all aspects of the construction phase of contracted public work projects to achieve the quality and function necessary to support Auburn University's Mission while mitigating impact to faculty, staff, students and public. This includes oversight of project scopes, budgets, contracts, designers, contractors, furniture, etc., compliance with codes and contracts, and project day-to-day operational and tactical aspects. 

Oversees four major functional areas, to include Contracts Administration, Estimating, Document and Records Retention, and Campus Relocation Services.
