The Auburn Wheelchair Basketball Summer Camp is entering its fifth year this summer. This summer camp is focused on individual fundamental skill development. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in skill development drills and games, as well as controlled scrimmages that emphasize the skills and concepts taught by the staff. This camp is meant to help you grow as an athlete, learn new skills, and play with athletes from around the country.

Auburn Wheelchair Basketball Summer Camp is open to males and females, ages 12-19, with a permanent disability of the lower extremity. All campers must be independent and perform all activities of daily living. No attendant care will be provided. We strongly recommend you bring your own basketball chair.

Session 2 (Junior Credentials): This camp is geared toward game play and campers will be reviewed by NWBA classifiers. We will do our best to accommodate those that need ADA accessible rooms/bathrooms, but understand that may not be possible. Shower chairs will be provided by the camp staff for use in all bathrooms at the dorms. Roll-in showers are not available in every bathroom, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Housing accommodations will be made once all applications are received. Once on-site if adjustments need to be made, it will be at the discretion of the Camp Director.

HOUSING:

Campers will reside in the Village Community. Most suites are configured with four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common living/dining area. Linens will be provided for each camper.
