Schedule an Appointment with a Benefit Enroller

Help if you need it

Benefit enrollers will be available to help if you have questions about Auburn's health plan options or would like assistance with online enrollment. You can also call 833-203-4283 to schedule an appointment. 

Important: Locations for in-person sessions will be posted as they become available. 

On-site appointments are for 30 minutes and will be offered on the following dates:

  • Oct. 29 - University Human Resources (UHR), 1550 E. Glenn Ave.

  • Oct. 30 - Veterinary Education Center 235

  • Nov. 4 - Office of Information Technology, 300 Lem Morrison Dr, Room 116

  • Nov. 5 - University Human Resources (UHR), 1550 E. Glenn Ave.

  • Nov. 6 - Athletics Business Office, Conference Room

  • Nov. 11 - Ralph Brown Draughon Library, Room 4012

  • Nov. 12 - Horton-Hardgrave Hall, Office 2046F

  • Nov. 13 - Ralph Brown Draughon Library, Room 4012

  • Nov. 17 - University Human Resources (UHR), 1550 E. Glenn Ave.

To schedule an in-person appointment:  

  1. Visit the Benefit Enroller scheduling website. 

  2. Click “On Site Enrollment- Auburn University”.  

  3. Select your appointment date.  

  4. Under “Select Staff”, choose “Anyone”. 

  5. Select your appointment time. (Scroll in the time box to see available appointments from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)  

  6. Scroll down and enter your name, email, and phone number. 

  7. Enter any additional notes.  

  8. Click “Book” to reserve your appointment.  

Call center appointments are for 30 minutes and are available weekdays from 7:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m. To schedule a call center appointment with a benefit enroller:

  1. Visit the Benefit Enroller scheduling website. 

  2. Click “Call Center - Auburn University”.  

  3. Select your appointment date.  

  4. Under “Select Staff”, you may choose “Anyone”. 

  5. Select your appointment time. (Scroll in the time box to see available appointments from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) 

  6. Scroll down and enter your name, email, and phone number. 

  7. Enter any additional notes.  

  8. Click “Book” to reserve your appointment.
