Facilities Human Resources

The Office of Facilities Human Resources is committed to providing quality HR services and assistance to all staff employed at Facilities Management of Auburn University. We partner with members of the Auburn University community to foster a work environment that attracts, develops, and motivates employees in order to retain a diverse workforce.

Our partnership with managers and their teams, individual employees, and other groups allows us to continue to provide programs and services which promote a work environment that is characterized by fairness, open communications, trust, and mutual respect. Our desire is to serve as a source of information and expertise that provides quality service, teamwork and continuous improvement in supporting the employees of Facilities Management and their ever changing needs. The function of the Office of Facilities Human Resources will always be evolutionary in order to meet the needs of our customers, both internally and externally.
