You may cancel your enrollment in Fast-Train by going to “Courses to Complete” icon and clicking the “X” next to the course you want to cancel. .
Some HRD courses have fees applied. Check with the course facilitator for payment processing instructions.
Log in to AU Access.
Click on the “Employees” tab.
Click on “Fast-Train” in the “Professional Development and Training Section” (right side of the page).
Click on the “Training Calendar” navigation icon.
Click on the filter icon at the top right of the page.
In the left side menu, click “Available To Me” to expand the accordion. Then click, “Offered”.
Select the blue “Apply” button at the top of the menu. This will now allow the calendar to populate with offerings available to you.
Select the class you are interested in taking by clicking on it. This will open a menu to the right.
At the bottom of the menu, choose the calendar icon to enroll in the class.
A pop-up window will ask you to “Select” this class. (There are times when this window may show you more than one option or date for this class.)
Once you “Select” the option you like, another pop-up window will appear. Click the “Enroll” button.* In most cases, supervisors are no longer required to approve a pending enrollment for a direct report who registers for a course.

If the Zoom link is not available in any of these four areas, you will receive it from your course facilitator prior to class.

The new Fast-Train calendar interface allows you to see all of your learning activities on your training calendar.
However, the way you can "see" current offerings has changed.
