HR and Campus Happenings

On Friday, Jan. 22, all employees received an email which stated that the university will return to full on-site operations on Monday, Feb. 8.

Supervisors should determine appropriate plans to transition all employees back to campus by Monday, Feb. 8, in a safe manner that adheres to current COVID-19 safety protocols. Some units may require several days to complete the return to campus. The following tips are provided to assist supervisors and employees.

Auburn University will resume full on-site campus operations on Monday, Feb. 8. This one-week extension will allow for (1) the additional review of COVID-19 policy changes recently announced by the Biden administration and (2) supervisors to transition all remote employees back to campus in alignment with safety protocols.

Dave Brackett, coordinator of Clinical Services in the Harrison School of Pharmacy, is among those on the front lines working Auburn’s new “Let’s Test” sentinel testing program and furthering its effort to combat the spread of COVID-19.

The Auburn Family is reminded of the requirement to wear a face covering both inside and outside while on campus. A group of our Auburn students and Eric Smith, director of Health Promotion and Wellness, recently offered their reasons for why they mask up.
