This documentation explains the process of the online Access Request Form. It allows requests to be sent to 4 groups:
NOTE: For short term access (a period not to exceed 30 days), to Auburn's wireless network and OIT computing labs only, for vendors and other persons having official business at Auburn University, please use the non-renewable OIT Temporary Account Request Form.

The new request form may be accessed by Deans, Directors, Department heads*; IDM Affiliate sponsors† and/or their designees.
*Individuals listed on the Deans, Directors, Department Heads (DDDH) Banner Report, approved by the President's Office.
† Sponsors of Affiliate groups which are maintained by IDM
The designees will be assigned by a Dean, Director, Department head or IDM Affiliate sponsor as either an Alternate Approver or Form Submitter.
The form will be used to request the above access.
If you are a Dean, Director, Department head*; IDM Affiliate sponsor†; or an Alternate Approver created by one of the aforementioned groups of individuals, you may create Alternate Approvers or Form Submitters using the process below.
Form Submitters can fill in the Access Request form on behalf of a DDDH, IDM Affiliate sponsor or Alternate Approver; but their requests have to be approved by the DDDH, IDM Affiliate sponsor or Alternate Approver before it can move forward.
Create a Form Submitter (Reminder, you must be a DDDH, IDM Affiliate sponsor or Alternate Approver to create Form Submitters)
Alternate Approvers can fill in the Access Request form on behalf of a DDDH or IDM Affiliate sponsor. Their requests do not have to be approved by the DDDH or IDM Affiliate sponsor before it can move forward.
