We've gone virtual

Good news for TES employees!
We are pleased to announce that beginning this fall semester, TES employees can now access Fast-Train, enroll in instructor-led courses as well as take advantage of the large selection of eLearning courses! Email autrain@auburn.edu if you have questions. 

HR Development courses will be offered virtually this fall. Access the Zoom link for your course from one of four areas:

  1. The course calendar invite,

  2. The Course Enrollment Verification email notification (calendar invite attachment),

  3. The Course Reminder Message email notification, or by,

  4. Selecting your course from the training calendar in Fast-Train.

  • If the Zoom link is not available in any of these four areas, you will receive it from your course facilitator prior to class. 

  • Contact autrain@auburn.edu if you need a phone-in number for your course.

  • You may receive material and handouts from autrain@auburn.edu or your course facilitator .

  • Zoom instructions and Zoom etiquette are available online.

How Do I Register?


How do I register?

  1. Log in to AU Access.

  2. Click on the “Employees” tab.

  3. Click on “Fast-Train” in the “Professional Development and Training Section” (right side of the page).

  4. Click on the “Training Calendar” navigation icon.

  5. Click on the day that you are interested in.

  6. Click on the course you want.

  7. Click “Enroll”.

  • In most cases, supervisors are no longer required to approve a pending enrollment for a direct report who registers for a course.

  • For a full description of a course, refer to the description in Fast-Train.

  • Times and dates are subject to change; those registered for a class will be notified of changes.

  • You may cancel your enrollment in Fast-Train by going to “Courses to Complete” icon and clicking the “X” next to the course you want to cancel. .

  • Some HRD courses have fees applied. Fees will be charged 10 days prior to the start of the course and are non-refundable.
