The objective of Human Resource Development is to provide programs which orient, train, and develop the employees of the University by improving the skills, knowledge, abilities, and competencies necessary for individual and organizational efficiency and productivity as well as personal career growth.
Human Resource Development will provide such programs and make every effort to balance the needs of the individual andthe needs, goals and objectives of Auburn University. Refer to section 7 of the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual for details.
