ConsultingHuman Resource Development (HRD) will partner with your activity in a consulting capacity to address potential training needs involving performance, productivity, customer service, management of change, communication, teamwork, and process management. Through an analysis of structure and organization; processes, tools, and technology; people; and strategy and direction, HRD can help your unit to develop a training or non-training intervention designed specifically to meet the unit's needs. This could be customized training, tailored team-building exercises, or structural redesign ― whatever solution best fits your situation. |
