DMS faculty members Le Chen (left) and Narendra Govil (right) recognized, via the Auburn Author Awards this year, for their publications Regularity and Strict Positivity of Densities for the Nonlinear Stochastic Heat Equations (with Yaozhong Hu and David Nualarty) and Mathematics Wizard Srinivasa Ramanujan (with Bhu Dev Sharma) and Extremal Problems and Inequalities of Markov-Bernstein Type for Algebraic Polynomials (with Robert B. Gardner and Gradimir V. Milovanovic), respectively.

The 2022 Auburn Author Awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the RBD Libraries’ CMD auditorium.
