Title: Speak Symmetrically and Carry a Big Computer

Abstract: I’ll explain recent work with F. Holweck where we used Auburn’s Casic cluster to perform some massive polynomial interpolation problems. We were motivated to solve these problems because of implications for Quantum Information, but the algebraic computations are interesting in their own right. I’ll explain how we exploited parallelism, reduction mod p, rational reconstruction, and linearly algebra on symmetry.
