Title: On regular subgoups

Abstract: A. Mader introduced regular subgroups for torsion-free abelian groups by comparing types of elements of the group and rational groups. We extend his definition for mixed groups and compare some of his results. Especially, we define a new subfunctor of Ext\((A,B)\) for regular exact sequences.
