Instructions
Completed and in-progress research and creative works from
all disciplines are eligible for presentation. Students
are encouraged to submit abstracts of completed projects,
presentations of initial results, research-project designs,
field experiences, etc.
Registration for the upcoming symposium
is automatic when you submit an abstract. An example abstract
is provided. Please click here
to view the correct format. Please click here
to enter your abstract and information online. Once you
click the submit button, your abstract will be submitted
and changes cannot be made. It is highly recommended that
you use word processing software to produce and spellcheck
your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted by 11:59pm March 15, 2007. Late
submissions or submissions that do not follow the format
instructions will not be reviewed.
Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed for specific periods of time during
the forum. Presenters will be notified when they must be
at their posters as well as appropriate materials to hang
the poster. Posters may not be more than 3 feet tall X 3.5
feet wide.
Podium Presentations
Oral presentations should be delivered by Powerpoint presentation.
Due
to time restrictions we must limit the number of oral presentations.
If your work is accepted, you will receive a notification
of acceptance of your abstract and presentation format.
