Weddings and Special Events

The Arboretum is available for University functions and to the general public for private events. There is a small covered area at the pavilion, and the Arboretum has 5 rectangular tables (30"x72") and 49 folding chairs available for use. If additional resources are needed, we can provide the names of local rental companies.

Reservation Rules and Procedures
All parties wishing to use the Davis Arboretum must fill out an Event Request Form. The form and appropriate fees should be submitted to the Arboretum office in the Pavilion, or mailed to:

Fees will be refunded if the event is not approved. If you have any questions concerning an event, please contact us.

The facility is not reserved until payment is received.

The person or organization making the reservation will be held responsible for any damages to the facility.

The user agrees that any inflatable equipment, sound system, or other outdoor entertainment equipment must be approved by the Davis Arboretum. An additional fee may be charged for electrical use.

The Arboretum has limited trash receptacles. All trash must be removed by the user, or we can arrange for a 90 gallon trash can to be delivered for an additional fee of $15.00 per trash can.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on University property.


Reservation Fees
Event Registration Fee: $50.00 (non refundable)
This fee will reserve a particular part of the Arboretum and a sign will be put up the day of the event stating it is reserved. This could be the Pavilion, Vinery, Council Ring, Pier or Lawn Area. An individual may elect not to reserve an area, but the Arboretum will not designate it on the calendar as reserved. Reserved users have priority over non-reserved users.

Tent Fee: $100.00
If a tent will be set up, a $100.00 fee will be payable to the Arboretum. This includes the Event Fee.


Additional Fees:

Tables (5)	$5.00 each
Chairs (49)	$15.00 for up to 25
	$30.00 for 25 - 49

An additional $100.00 (refundable) deposit will be required for parties, weddings, receptions, or at the discretion of the Davis Arboretum.

Auburn University organizations will receive a 50% discount.
Our desire is that this facility be used and enjoyed by the Auburn community. The fees charged by the Arboretum are minimal. We would gladly accept an additional donation to help support our facility. back to top
