Volunteers

The College of Sciences and Mathematics at Auburn University aims to promote scientific literacy and interest among K-12 students, teachers, and communities in our region, our state, and our nation.  The COSAM Outreach office helps the college meet this mission by encouraging interest in the sciences among PK-12 students through relevant and inspiring math and science experiences.  We do this through various programming.  Many of these programs allow PK-12 students access to exciting hands-on experiences in science, enthusiastic science mentors, and exposure to faculty, undergraduate and graduate students in the sciences.  For this reason, we are often looking for quality COSAM volunteers.

If you are looking for an opportunity to interact with kids who love science and math as much as you do we have many opportunities this spring for COSAM students to volunteer.  Our spring 2013 volunteer opportunities are found in the table below. For more information about each program, please visit their websites (under All Programs). If you would like to volunteer for any of these programs please complete the online registration form at https://surveymonkey.com/s/volunteersspring2013
