We prefer that you send us an email of your issue for documentation purposes in our Ticket System. However, if it is urgent, you may contact our office phone.

This email will be sent to COSAM IT's Ticket System. You will then receive an automated message that our system has retrieved your email, and a technician will try to contact you within 24-36 hours upon request.

In order for us to provide you with better service, Team Viewer is a desktop sharing software package that we recommend. It is best to have this installed while waiting for a technician to contact you. Team Viewer allows us to provide you with immediate on-screen help from our office.
