Drop-in Center

The COSAM Drop-In Center, established in 1994, occupies rooms in the Science Center Classrooms Building including staff offices and study/workshop rooms, which also contain an extensive library of scientific books and four computers to assist students with their studies. The Drop-In Center housed in the College of Sciences Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs is the home of a comprehensive, academic-support program for minority students with majors in sciences and mathematics.  Retention programming activities include Summer Bridge Program; Tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics; Lunch and Learn Sessions; Academic Advising and Counseling, GRE Workshops; and Scholarships and Internships.
