Arboretum Now Taking Reservations for Outdoor/Physically Distant Meetings
Located in the heart of Auburn’s campus, the Davis Arboretum is a 13.5 acre outdoor classroom equipped to meet your social distancing needs. Beginning July 20, 2020, you can reserve one of three meeting spaces in the Arboretum to hold physically distant, in-person meetings. The pavilion (15 – 20 people), the council ring (5-8 people), and the outdoor classroom (6-12 people), can all be reserved in 2 hour blocks of time throughout the day. These meeting spaces cost $25/ meeting block and can include tables, chairs, and projector set up upon request. The main pavilion and outdoor classroom by the bog are both covered spaces which include fans and access to power. Golf cart, bike and vehicle parking are also available on site. In addition to meetings, we are also reserving times and spaces for in-person classes or office hours at no charge. Get out of the conference room and come together with your colleagues in a natural setting. Contact Arboretum director, Morgan Beadles at arbinfo@auburn.edu or by calling 334-844-5770 to learn more and reserve your spot today.
