Research Interests: Applied GIS, Water Quality, Spatial Analysis, and Wastewater Management

Mallory is pursuing a doctoral degree in the interdisciplinary Earth System Science program in the Department of Geosciences at Auburn University under the advisement of Dr. Stephanie Rogers. She also completed her Master’s of Science in Geography at Auburn University. Her thesis research focused on understanding the impacts of onsite wastewater treatment systems on surface water quality in Alabama. Prior to attending Auburn, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Geology from Clemson University in South Carolina, her home state. Broadly, her current research interests include utilizing geospatial methods to address water-related environmental challenges. In her free time, she enjoys being out on the water, cooking, and traveling to new places.

"The AU Climate Resilience NRT program is an exciting opportunity to participate in collaborative research and interact with stakeholders to develop solutions to real-world environmental challenges."
