Graduate & Pre-Health Professional School Fair, Fall 2024

Connect with students in the classroom on professional development topics. Program Champions or Career Coaches will reach out in advance to provide the course content being covered.

Inform students about your company, the culture, job opportunities, or any relevant topic through a presentation.    

Connect with COSAM students by setting up a table in a high traffic location on the COSAM College campus to promote your brand and current job opportunities.

Created to connect you with student organizations/clubs pertaining to a certain discipline or industry area.

Secure your spot for one of our career fairs by registering through Handshake. 

Make sure your job postings are up to date on Handshake before the event. Students will be using Handshake to research companies and will want to see the positions you are actively recruiting for during your visit. 

A schedule of events will be available on Handshake and emailed prior to the career fair.

Our team offers next-day interviews for companies who attend our career fair. The registration fee for a career fair includes virtual or in-person interview assistance from COSAM. 

Students will have the opportunity to submit their resumes to you through CareerFair+ before the event. Please provide one point of contact so your company can review these documents.

You can unload materials at the ground level of the Jordan Hare Stadium parking deck. We will run golf carts to and from the stadium deck to Melton Student Center. COSAM staff will be on site to direct you to your booth. There will be signage around Melton Student Center to assist you as well.

• Take Exit #57 toward Bent Creek Rd/Glenn Ave/Auburn-Opelika Airport onto Bent Creek Rd. Go for 0.5 mi
• Turn left onto E Glenn Ave. Go for 4.4 mi
• Turn right onto N Donahue Dr. Go for 1.0 mi
• Turn left onto Heisman Dr. Go for 0.2 mi
• Arrive at 255 Heisman Drive – Stadium/Arena area.  • Take US Highway 280 East
• Turn Right onto Highway 147 South/College Street for approximately 5.5 mi
• At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N College Street

Each event includes one 6’ table and two chairs. 

Please note that electricity for your display CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. If you do need electricity, you will need to bring extension cords and carpet-friendly (gaffer) tape to secure the cords. 

Your display needs to fit within the width of your table (5-6 ft.). We will not be able to provide any additional space. 

Each exhibitor is responsible for keeping their designated space free from any conditions that would present a hazard to participants in the event or surrounding the area. 

The COSAM Office of Career Services staff reserves the right to restrict any display that presents a hazard, could potentially cause damage to the facility in any way, or is determined to detract from the general character of the event or venue. 

The COSAM Office of Career Services will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or their employees, or for the loss of or damage to any materials related to the event while in transit to or from or while in use in our sponsored buildings.
