College of Veterinary Medicine / Anatomy Physiology Pharmacology Department is seeking researchers interested in placental immortalized and stem cells to better understand the molecular mechanisms that cause adverse outcomes in pregnancy. Undergraduates in lab previously have assessed the effects of immune activation on oxidative stress and cell behavior. You would learn skills including cell culture, Western blotting, RT-qPCR, and other molecular techniques.
