College of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Department

College of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Department within the Wearable and Bio-Robotics (WeBR) Lab is looking for undergraduate researchers interested in human-robot interaction (exoskeletons, rehabilitation, haptics), biomechanics (esp. hands), and mechatronic/medical device design. Typical students are designing hardware, developing controllers, or performing human participant studies. Preferred programming (matlab, ROS, python, etc.) and mechatronic (raspberry pi, arduino, etc.) skills or willingness to learn.

Majors Considered: Applied Mathematics, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Mathematics, Physics
