  • We offer three majors (Marine Biology; Microbial, Cellular & Molecular Biology; Organismal Biology): the latter two have formal options which allow students to specialize.
  • Our faculty encourage students to participate in research, internships and study abroad programs.
  • We offer four Learning Communities for incoming freshmen students that provide an early introduction to disciplines in biological sciences and the opportunity to meet faculty and fellow students who share the same interests.
