We maintain the lost and found for items left on Tiger Transit buses and Shuttle Services vehicles only. Email inquiries regarding lost items should include the following information:

  • Date and time item was lost
  • Bus number, van number, or driver’s name
  • Route name
  • Description of the lost item in the body of your email

    • Please note: All items turned in to our office are held for a period of four weeks and one day. If items are still in our possession after the holding period has elapsed, they will be considered abandoned property and disposed of at our discretion.

    The AU Department of Campus Safety and Security maintains the lost and found for items left on the Night Security Shuttle. Email inquiries regarding items left on those vehicles should be directed to that area.
