IT Specialist

Joining the Provost’s Office in December 2019, Hayden Helms provides IT support and training to the rest of the Provost staff. Before Auburn, Helms provided IT support and services to K-12 educational institutions, state and local government agencies within Georgia, federal government agencies and military installations located across the US, and small to mid-sized companies in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Helms maintains proficiency in the areas of data, voice, and security solutions, service, and training. Helms graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2017 with his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems. Helms later graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a Master's in Information Systems Management.
