Duties: Managing the Unviersity's Custodial Staff, Floor Maintenance Division, Transportation Department, and Pest Control Department. Overseeing more than 200 full time employees with responsibilities for the upkeep of more than 4 million square feet of floor space in nearly 100 buildings. Also, responsible for a 3 1/2 million dollar annual budget.
