I have broad research interests in the adolescent population and forensic psychology, but more specifically the assessment and treatment of juvenile sex offenders. I am interested in parental and peer attachment factors and maladaptive personality characteristics that contribute to these youths’ delinquency. I am also interested in the area of trauma and victimization as it relates to the development of psychopathology.

My  broad research interests are in the etiology of psychopathological and neuropsychological characteristics of sexual and violent offenders.  Current interests involve executive functioning and emotional processing in juvenile delinquents and sex offenders, as well as factors influencing recidivism.
