Office of University Scholarships

At Auburn University, we recognize the importance of a quality education and are dedicated to helping you find a way to achieve your higher education goals.

A number of scholarships are awarded annually by the Office of University Scholarships, including four-year, renewable Freshman Scholarships for incoming freshmen, one-year Transfer Scholarships for incoming transfer students, and one-year General Scholarships for new and current students. One-year and four-year Departmental Scholarships are also awarded each year to new and current students by the various colleges and schools on campus. In addition, External Scholarships are applied directly to students’ university billing accounts by the Office of University Scholarships.

Unless a scholarship specifically states that it is automatically awarded, scholarships are awarded competitively, and consideration does not guarantee a scholarship will be awarded. To ensure maximum consideration, it is imperative that students are knowledgeable of the specific requirements and deadlines associated with all scholarships awarded.
