The mission of Parking Services is to facilitate safe and convenient access to Auburn University while encouraging alternative modes of transportation.
Parking Services is responsible for:
- implementation and enforcement of parking rules and regulations
- sale of parking decals
- compilation and publishing of parking regulations
- collection of fines
- transmittal of student fines to Student Financial Services

PARKING NEWS
Temporary Location
AU Parking Services offices is temporarily located in a trailer at the west end of
Allison Physics Labs, 381 Roosevelt Street.
D Zone Permits
D-Zone permits will no longer being available for purchase with the 2007-2008 parking registration. The deck is now mostly B-Zone, except for the top floor, which is for permitted Quad residents. Please refer to the
2007-2008 Traffic and Parking Regulations for detailed information.
Faculty/Staff Registration
Faculty and staff may begin registering for their 2008 parking permits by going to their Self-Service Banner accounts. Click on the
AU Access link
on the AU home page and then login, select "Employee Services," select "Self-Service Banner," and select "Parking Services." Costs may be payroll deducted from pretax earnings, in which case the permit will be returned via mail. Those not selecting "Payroll Deduction" must go to Parking Services to pick up their hangtag. All faculty and staff have to register online regardless of how they choose to pay for it. For questions and/or problems, contact parking@auburn.edu.
