Auburn University President Jay Gogue is retiring in July after leading his alma mater for 10 years. Under his leadership, Auburn has continued to assert its status as a premier land-, sea- and space-grant university through research, academic rigor and national recognition. During his tenure, Gogue developed Auburn into a better and stronger university than it was when he started. By engaging and encouraging those around him – students, faculty, staff and alumni – Gogue has invigorated the Auburn spirit. Now, we celebrate the legacy he will leave behind.
