Updated information is now available at the
Banner Finance Resource web site. Detailed information including frequently asked Banner questions, reference tools and step by step instructions for most Banner Finance screens can be found. In addition, direct links to all AU Financial Policies & Procedures are located on the menu.
Banner System Implemented
On Oct. 1st, 2005 the Banner system was implemented. You may log on to Banner or visit the

Information Systems Support provides administrative computing support on an IBM AS/400 Model E60 located in Ingram Hall. Services include:
- Network support for 300 + personal computers and printers
- Inhouse system programming
- Ad hoc reporting support
- Administrative end-user help desk
- Administrative data entry
- Productions report generation and distribution
- Remote job entry to University Computing's mainframe
- Installation and support of a variety of commercial PC software packages
- Administrative WWW page support
