Aubie Claus is a student-run fundraising event held every November since 2012. It gives Auburn fans the unique opportunity to meet Aubie the Tiger in a calm, controlled environment, take holiday-themed photos with their favorite tiger, and shop for exclusive Aubie Claus merchandise, all while directly supporting the Aubie Program’s bid for Aubie’s 12th National Championship!

To provide the fairest opportunity possible for everyone, time slots for Aubie Claus will be determined by a pre-qualification drawing. Registration for the drawing will open in early October, so check back here or on Aubie’s social media in the Fall for more information.

General Aubie Claus Questions

Aubie Claus is a fun and exciting event that will allow you and your family to get an early taste of the Christmas Spirit! Besides having the opportunity to get your Christmas pictures taken with your favorite Auburn Tiger, the event helps raise funds for the Aubie Program and Aubie’s quest to win his eleventh UCA Mascot National Championship!

There is no specific recommended outfit, but Aubie's Santa costume is orange and blue. Often, families will wear orange and blue or Auburn gear to coordinate with Aubie Claus.

Feel free to bring any props you would like in your picture, but, again, please remember that time is limited so have them ready before it is your turn! For the safety of your pet and other participants, pets are not permitted.

Service animals are welcome. Our policy, consistent with the ADA's revised guidelines, defines "service animal" as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual's disability. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

All funds raised during Aubie Claus go directly to the Aubie Program. Specifically, these funds re used to help Aubie compete in the UCA Mascot National Championship in Orlando, FL. Props, costumes, transportation and housing for the competition is quite expensive, so this fundraiser helps Aubie and his team compete for his eleventh national championship!

Images for each participant/group will be sent to the email provided during registration within five (5) business days of the event. the photos will be high-resolution digital files (jpeg) that you may share or get printed wherever you choose.
