Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information: Monday - Friday

Information during regular business hours (7:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday - Friday) concerning a towed or wheel locked vehicle may be obtained by either coming by the Parking Services Office or calling the Parking Services Office at (334) 844-4143.

After Hours Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information:  Monday - Friday

After hours information concerning a towed or wheel locked vehicle may be obtained by calling (334) 539-2163 between the hours of 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Except during official Auburn University holidays).

Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information: Weekends

In order to have a vehicle, that has been towed or wheel locked, released during the weekends, call (334) 750-6255. Any vehicle released during the weekend, will have an additional $65 fee included to the current tow/wheel lock fee. This service is available from 9 am - 2 pm on Saturdays and from 2 pm - 5 pm on Sundays and is only available during the fall and spring semesters.

Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information: Game Days

The Parking Services Office is open on the day of a home football game; two hours before the official start of the game until two hours after the official ending of the game.  In addition, the Parking Services Office is also open on the Sunday following a home football game, between the hours of 2 pm  and 4 pm.
