Information during regular business hours (7:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday - Friday) concerning a towed or wheel locked vehicle may be obtained by either coming by the Parking Services Office or calling the Parking Services Office at (334) 844-4143.

After Hours Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information:  Monday - Friday

After hours towing information concerning a towed or wheel locked vehicle may be obtained by calling (334) 539-2163 between the hours of 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Except during official Auburn University holidays).

Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information: Weekends

In order to have a towed vehicle released during the weekends, call (334) 750-6255. Any vehicle released during the weekend, will have an additional $65 fee included to the current towing fee. This service is available from 9 am - 2 pm on Saturdays and from 2 pm - 5 pm on Sundays and is only available during the fall and spring semesters.

Towed / Wheel Locked Vehicle Information: Game Days

The Parking Services Office is open on the day of a home football game; two hours before the official start of the game until two hours after the official ending of the game.  On the Sunday following a home football game, the Parking Services Office is open from 2 pm - 4 pm.
