Parking Tickets and Appeals

How to pay your Parking Ticket.....

Students, faculty and staff who receive a parking ticket and feel that it was a mistake, may appeal the ticket online at AU Access within 7 calendar days.

1. Visitors and vendors who receive a parking ticket should go to the Parking Services Office at 330 Lem Morrison Drive (the main entrance to Parking Services is on the second level of the South Quad Parking Deck) to reconcile any tickets.

2. Students may appeal the ticket online within 7 calendar days of the violation as long as you have a current hangtag. After 7 calendar days, the fine will appear on your bill from Student Financial Services.

3. Faculty and Staff have 21 calendar days to come to the Parking Services Office to pay a fine. If you do not pay your fine in person, it will be paid via a payroll deduction. If you select to appeal your ticket, you have 7 calendar days to do so.
