University CashieringThe University Cashiering Department in the Office of Student Financial Services has the responsibility for monitoring, processing and recording the collection of all funds that come into any department or division of Auburn University other than AUM. For purposes of security and accurate record keeping, it is important that all collection procedures be correctly followed. Please check the Policy Manual for policies and procedures regarding collections, contributions and accounts receivables. Student Cashiering DepartmentThe Student Cashiering Department in the Office of Student Financial Services has the responsibility for collecting all university fees. These fees include tuition, housing, bookstore charges, meals, athletic tickets, etc. Students are billed monthly for these services. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover using the following methods:
- by mail
- in person at the Office of Student Financial Services
- by WEB E-BILL with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or E-Check
AU FoundationThe University has designated the Auburn University Foundation as the official recipient of gifts to Auburn University. The Foundation is a vehicle for independently receiving and managing gifts on behalf of the University. It is classified as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to receiving and managing gifts, the Foundation provides support to facilitate the fund raising efforts of the AU Office of Development and of the various other schools, colleges, and departments.
