Public School Transfer Program
In June of 2003, the Auburn University Board of Trustees approved reordered surplus property procedures which allow for much greater availability of surplus items to Alabama public schools and State of Alabama governmental entities. The transfer and continued use of these items makes more efficient use of State funds while assisting other schools and State units with their equipment needs. Alabama public schools will have lists of available items mailed to them by State Education District on a rotating basis. Pick up of available items will be on a first come basis by appointment only. Public Sale Surplus Property
A public sale of Surplus Equipment will begin on Monday, February 4th, 2013 and end on Thursday, February 14th, 2013.
This equipment can be inspected at the Property Services building and other locations only at the following times:
Sealed bids will be accepted in the office of Property Services, 909 Shug Jordan Pkwy, Auburn University, Alabama 36849-5103, until 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Thursday, February 14th, 2013. All times are Central Time.
