Issuance Of I-94 Cards Will Cease April 30

According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the issuance of paper I-94 cards at air and sea ports of entry will be phased out beginning April 30, 2013. US CBP will however continue to stamp your passport with your date and status of entry. You will now go to a website and print your I-94 card after arrival. More information can be found here: Instructions | Fact Sheet

Also note, this new process does not apply to those who are crossing the border by car, so you can still expect to see paper I-94s for those who enter from Mexico or Canada at one of the land ports of entry.
