Café Brazil Offers Portuguese Conversation Practice

The Office of International Programs will host an informal, weekly Portuguese conversation session called Café Brazil beginning Friday April 10 from 3 to 4 p.m. Students, faculty, staff and community members interested in practicing their Portuguese language skills are invited to enjoy light refreshments while conversing with native speakers.

“Our main purpose will be to create a favorable environment for Portuguese speakers where they can feel comfortable and can practice the language,” said Hugo dos Santos, Portuguese instructor in OIP’s Brazil Center.

Café Brazil will take place in the Foy Hall lobby outside the Auburn Abroad office. There is no cost to participate. For more information about the Brazil Center, click here.
