Foreign Language Immersion Camp – Summer 2020 Dates TBA
College Students

Foreign Language Mini-Immersion Camps are offered in French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Conducted by faculty in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures in the College of Liberal Arts, these camps are an opportunity for students to be immersed in one of these languages/cultures without leaving Auburn.

During this two-and-a-half day residential program, college students will sharpen their skills in a way that is both fun and interactive. From Monday at 10am until Wednesday at 1pm, students will participate in cultural activities while engaging in their chosen language.

This program is being supported by the Auburn University Senate Departmental Award for Excellence in Education and the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. Because of this support, this pilot camp is offered at half price.

Campers will reside in the Hill Dormitories or the Quad dorms. They are designed in suites consisting of two double-occupancy rooms connected by a bathroom.

MEALS:

Catered meals will be provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Foreign Language Immersion Camp will take place on the Auburn University campus.
