Need a TES Employee?

The university has recently updated their hiring process for temporary employees where all requests will now run through an electronic system similar to what we use for faculty. As a result, your COSAM HR office is simplifying that process for you. Effective immediately, please complete the attached form (including signatures for the requester and Department Chair) and email to either Katherine Calloway (ksc0013@auburn.edu) or Stephanie Woodley(woodlsc@auburn.edu) to hire a TES employee in your department/unit.

COSAM Now Offers a Nursing Room for New Mothers

This newly remodeled room is located on the central floor of Extension Hall and offers mothers an opportunity for privacy while nursing. This convenient room is for all new mothers whether faculty or staff. Contact COSAM's Office of Human Resources for more information.
