ID Card Services Secure Document Upload
All AU Employees (both traditional and TES) should utilize our website at https://aub.ie/TigerIDpic to capture and submit their preferred Tiger ID photo and supporting documentation online. The Secure Document Upload Form is only for non-students and non-employees previously approved to receive a Tiger ID.
Auburn University strongly encourages the use of this secure document upload form to share documents with the Tiger ID office in a secure and safe manner. AU sponsored Affiliates and Community Members are directed to utilize the secure link to provide photos and copies of documents that may contain personally identifiable information (PII).
Use the ID Card Services Secure Document Upload system to submit a copy of your valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license, military ID, or passport) and current photo. Your document must be in one of the following formats: doc, pdf, txt, gif, jpg, jpeg, or png. Reference the Photo Submission Guidelines below to review instructions on how to properly upload and submit documents.
Photo Submission Guidelines
Before you submit a photo for your Auburn University ID, please ensure the following requirements have been met:

You do not currently have nor have previously been issued an Auburn University Tiger ID.

The file size of the photograph is 2 MB or less.

The viewable size of a photo is at least 300 x 300 pixels.

The photograph is saved as one of the following file types: JPG or PNG.
Tiger ID Photo Requirements

You must look straight ahead in the photograph (no tilted/turned head or body).

Crop image slightly below shoulders with full head, front view, and eyes open (no side profiles!).

The photo must be taken with a solid white background only.

The photograph must be in color.

Eyeglasses that are clear are acceptable. (None that are shaded).

No hats, sunglasses, jewelry, or garments of any sort that obstruct the view of your face or top of your head are allowed.

The photo must have been taken within the last month.
Once the Photo is Submitted

Photo submissions are manually reviewed and can take up to three business days to be processed.

Tiger ID will notify you via email if your photo is accepted or rejected.

The third time your photo is rejected, you will need to have your picture taken within the Tiger ID Office located in the Auburn University Harold D. Melton Student Center. You will not be able to submit anymore photos using the online form.

Submitting a photo other than your own is fraud. University policies regarding fraud will be enforced.

When picking up your Tiger ID Card, you must present a valid government issued photo ID. (Driver's license, passport, military ID).
Tiger ID reserves the right to refuse any photos that do not meet Auburn University's requirements.
