Time Ticket Schedule

Time tickets begin opening according to the calendar below on the 1st Monday in November for Spring registration and the 1st Monday in April for Summer & Fall registration. Time tickets will be visible in the Student Registration Profile card in AU ACCESS three weeks prior to the first time ticket opening each registration cycle.

Students are assigned the earliest time ticket placement they are eligible for, based on earned credit hours, level or classification, or any priority registration group for which they qualify.

Students’ total earned credit hours (at Auburn and entered transfer credits combined) plus the students’ in-progress Auburn credit hours are used to calculate their placement by credit-hours. Students must ensure that all of their transfer credits have been sent to the appropriate area at Auburn and are officially on their unofficial transcript prior to time tickets being created. Student requests for time ticket adjustments based on new transfer hours after time tickets have been published will not be granted. Students can view their unofficial transcript at any time in the Grades and Records card in AU ACCESS to view all earned and in-progress credits.
