Returning Residents

Housing Renewal Process

Housing will send all current residents an email to their Auburn email account with instructions related to the housing renewal process. Early-February, on a first come, first served basis, students currently living on campus may renew their lease for the upcoming academic year.

Students who are members of a Panhellenic sorority and want to live in Magnolia, Oak or Willow Halls for the upcoming academic year and student-athletes do not need to complete a renewal application at this time. Sorority members and student-athletes will receive specific renewal information at a later date.

Returning residents will be able to select a space in one of the upperclass communities below.
