East Thach Residence Hall

Project Overview:
The project will construct a six-story, 170,000-square-foot building which will provide 680 new beds for on-campus student living. It will include student living accommodations, laundry facility, mail and package services, student commons, exterior courtyard space, bicycle and scooter parking, waste and recycling service area and resident assistant living accommodations. The new residence hall will maximize the opportunity for student housing in this prime location, providing a safe and convenient setting for students to engage with the heart of campus, the Rane Culinary Arts Center and nearby amenities.
