Financial Services
The Facilities Financial Services Department provides financial services support for Facilities Management and to our numerous non-Facilities clients through tracking of project costs, transfers of funding, etc. Our department oversees the operating budget of approximately $67 million, plus some $600 million in construction costs at any given time. We take pride in being highly responsive to both our internal and external customers/clients. Some functions of the Financial Services Department include:
- Financial Analysis/Reporting/Budgeting
- Cost Accounting (plant fund projects)
- Payables (operating & plant fund)
- Time & Attendance/Payroll
- Billings/Direct Charges
