Non-Payment
  • Collections - Visit Account Services for information about collections.
  • Late Payment Fees - A late fee of 1.5% of the amount outstanding will be assessed when a payment is not made by the due date.
  • Cancellation of schedule for non-payment
Schedules for a particular term are subject to cancellation if billed charges for that term are not paid by the due date specified on each bill.
An installment payment plan is offered to students (different from the Nelnet Payment Plan) whereby fifty percent of all charges are due on the first bill of the term, and the remaining fifty percent is due on the second billing due date. The fifty percent installment privilege is only applicable if students are enrolled and billed by the FIRST billing cycle of each term (July, November and April).
Schedules are canceled if payment is not made by the due date of the FIRST billing cycle of teach term, and again after the last billing cycle of summer term. Once a student's schedule is canceled, all past-due charges plus tuition and fees for the current semester must be paid before the student will be allowed to re-register. Please be aware that once a student's schedule is canceled, there is no guarantee the original schedule can be reconstructed.
