You can go to ePrint.auburn.edu
or click on ePrint on the Luminis page.
ePrint uses your Banner userid and password. To get a Banner userid and password, contact your Administrative Computing Coordinator
You may need to resync your password. If you have never logged into Banner, you must resync your password before first use. Go to the OIT password resync web page
, enter your userid and password, and only check 'Banner'.
ePrint validates against Banner. If you try to logon five times unsuccessfully, it will lock the account. When this happens, you will need to contact the OIT HelpDesk
or call 334-844-4944.
First, make sure that it is not on the next page. ePrint only displays so many reports at a time. If you still do not see it, contact ISS. The cause may be security.
Some reports can not have the Excel download option. If the file came in as a pdf, it can only remain in that format.
