Budget Timeline for FY17 Development
The budget timeline for this year's budget development has been posted to the resource menu on the left. In addition, all guidelines for the divisions and the presentation to the Board of Trustees at the June meeting can also be found on the resource menu.
State Appropriations Bill Signed by Governor
The Education Trust Fund Bill was approved through the legislature and signed by the Governor in May. Information regarding Auburn's appropriations is located at the FY2017 ETF Bill link on the resource menu.
Budget Approved by BOT
At its meeting on September 25th, the Board of Trustees approved the budget for FY16. This includes a provison for a one-time supplement to be paid in December. Guidelines will be posted soon.
The new budget has been posted to the website under the "Current & Past Annual Budgets" link on the resource menu to the left. In addition, the fringe rates have been approved and have been posted to the website in the chart below.

Budget Guidelines Shared with BOT
The budget development for AU Main Campus, AAES, and ACES will include a 3% pool for allocation for permanent increases and a 2% allocation for one-time supplements. The AUM campus will allocate 1% for permanent increases and 2% for one-time supplements. For further details, see the BOT Guidelines Presentation link on the left side of this page.

The Governor has signed the 2016 ETF bill. See the full bill on the resource menu to the left. Appropriations specific to Auburn and its units are located on pages 29, 54, & 55.
One-Time Supplement
With the passage of the FY15 budget, there is a provision for a one-time supplement to be paid in December. We will send more information after October 1st.
Budget Passed by BOT
The Board of Trustees has passed the budget for Fiscal Year 2015. The presentation is located on the resource menu to the left. The division budgets and executive summary are found at the Current & Past Annual Budgets link to the left.
Budget Guidelines
The budget guidelines as well as the presentation to the Board of Trustees have been placed on the resources menu to the left. In addition, we have included other documents that can be used in completion of the budget for FY15.
BOT Approves Tuition Increase
The Board of Trustees approved tuition increases for the fall of 2014 at its April meeting. Please see the tuition presentation on the resources menu to the left for details.

One-Time Supplement Guidelines & Timeline
The guidelines and timeline for the one-time supplement have been added to the resource menu to the left. The payment will occur in December. We will send out information on October 7th concerning the supplement.

One-Time Supplement
One-time supplement allocations have been transferred to each college/unit's vacant salary reserve FOP. Please double-check the allocations and transfer to your departments accordingly. If you have questions, contact Budget Services. For any persons returning from leave without pay, you must notify Payroll for the person to receive their supplement, which will come with their next scheduled payroll check.
Permanent Budget Requests
Reminder: All permanent budget requests are due to the Provost or EVP by February 28th for consideration in the 2014 budget.
